The Creality K1 Series CFS Upgrade Accessory Kit from SainSmart enhances your K1, K1C, K1 MAX, or K1 SE 3D printer with multi-color printing capabilities by connecting the CFS filament system. It comes equipped with a new extruder for precise filament switching. An important notice: you must update the printer's firmware (Creality OS) using the included USB drive before first use. Subsequent updates can be done via OTA. When the CFS system is connected, the maximum print size will adjust: K1, K1C, and K1 SE to 220 × 215 × 250 mm, and K1 Max to 300 × 295 × 300 mm. Using the stock spool holder will retain the original print size. This upgrade kit is only compatible with K1 printers using an integrated hotend.
