Tempered glass replaces traditional LCD screens, achieving 95% light transmittance to reduce light diffusion. The full-gray antialiasing algorithm minimizes jagged edges, delivering smoother, more detailed models. The DLP projector boasts a 20,000+ hour lifespan, 10 times longer than LCD screens, saving significant maintenance costs. It operates on just 12W of power, using 1/7th the energy of LCD printers, and runs ultra-quiet below 48 dB without the need for a cooling fan. The Z-axis linear rail is thickened to 20mm for reduced vibrations and superior layer consistency. The sandblasted build plate ensures strong adhesion for reliable prints.
