The Prusa CORE One L is the large-format version of the CORE One with double the print volume. It combines a closed, rigid CoreXY system with an actively heated chamber (up to 60 °C) and an AC convection heating bed for even heat distribution. Developed and manufactured in the EU. Open ecosystem: free choice of slicer, can be used offline, compatible with Open ecosystem: free choice of slicer, can be used offline, compatible with common 3D consumables (filament, nozzles). 300 × 300 × 330 mm allows large functional parts, fixtures, and housings to be printed in one piece. This reduces gluing, tolerances, and rework—particularly relevant for components made from 3D scan data and for serial jobs with stable repeatability. Build space & format: print large, more parts per run The large print bed is not only for XXL objects, but also for higher quantities per batch. You can place more parts at the same time, reduce setup times, and increase utilization—ideal for workshops, makerspaces, and small series production. AC convection heating bed: even heat without "cold corners" A solid aluminum block ensures a homogeneous temperature across the entire surface. Two integrated fans create convection, accelerate heating, and support even heat distribution in the chamber. The result: reliable adhesion, less warping, fewer rejects—especially with large components. Printing surface & calibration: reproducible without manual readjustment The magnetic heating bed works with removable PEI spring steel sheets – for a secure hold during printing and easy removal of parts. The first layer is calibrated fully automatically via a load cell. The bed measurement (mesh) is only performed in the actual print area used, which saves setup time and keeps the workflow stable for serial jobs. Commissioning & workflow: quick to get started, clean integration The CORE One L is designed for a quick start: unpack, insert the display, connect. The machine automatically performs the relevant steps to create a stable printing environment in the chamber. This saves time in day-to-day business and lowers the entry barrier for teams. Flawless precision: dimensional accuracy, clean overhangs, stable results The proven Nextruder with 360° cooling enables low-error printing of overhangs up to 75°. Internal print profiles support reproducible results—relevant for precisely fitting functional parts, fixtures, and components from 3D scan workflows. Surface quality: less VFA, better appearance ex works Updated profiles significantly reduce vertical fine artifacts (VFA) and visible stripes. This results in more uniform surfaces and cleaner edges—especially important when 3D-printed parts are used or delivered directly as end products. Material diversity: from PLA to ASA, ABS, PC, and PA (nylon) The actively heated chamber (up to 60 °C) and stable temperature control support low-warpage 3D printing with modern technical filaments such as ASA, ABS, PC, or PA (nylon). Standard materials such as PLA and PETG run efficiently and cleanly—for prototypes, functional components, and series production. Flex/TPU, PVA, PP, CPE, PVB, and PC are also supported. Flex/TPU, PVA, PP, CPE, PVB, and PC are also supported. For flexible filaments, the side filament sensor can be set to FLEX mode using a switch: The sensor is deactivated and the filament path becomes less restrictive. An additional sensor in the print head continues to monitor the filament flow – practical for TPU and other flexible 3D consumables. Connectivity & offline operation: LAN, USB, and secure environments The CORE One L supports Ethernet (LAN) as well as printing and updates via USB stick or via Prusa Connect and the Prusa Mobile App. At the same time, it can still be operated completely offline. For environments with high security requirements, the Wi-Fi module can be physically unplugged – useful for development departments, laboratories, and isolated production networks. Accelerometer, input shaper, and firmware assistant for optimal belt tension support constant operation. The CORE One L is delivered pre-calibrated and remains easy to service. Included in delivery: high-flow nozzle and abrasion-resistant nozzle – suitable for many filaments and applications. The CORE One L is ready for expansions: MMU3 (multi-material) support is planned (availability from January 2026). An optional advanced filter system is available for demanding environments. In addition, the system is GPIO board compatible if integration into your own automation or monitoring workflows is planned. The large print bed increases the number of pieces per run and is suitable for overnight jobs and batch production. Monitoring via a 1080p night vision camera supports control and documentation – relevant for workshops, laboratories, and industrial 3D printing workflows.
