The INTAMSYS FUNMAT PRO 610HT 3D printer is an industrial machine designed for the production of functional parts made from high-performance polymers such as PEEK (polyetheretherketone), PEKK (polyetherketonketone), PEI (polyetherimide, also known under the Sabic brand name ULTEM), and PPSU (polyphenylsulfone). These plastics can replace metal in many applications while being lighter and more versatile. The FUNMAT PRO 610HT is a high-end industrial device designed for the production of functional parts with critical requirements and for small-batch production. The large build volume of 610 x 508 x 508 mm allows for the printing of exceptionally large parts. With its dual nozzles and all-metal hotends, the FUNMAT PRO 610HT is ideal for printing full-surface, high-performance functional materials such as PEEK, ULTEM (PEI), PPSU, and more. With the INTAMSYS FUNMAT PRO 610HT, you get a professional device that offers many industrial functions and features. For example, the build plate is secured with a vacuum. Sensors monitor the filament and pause printing when a spool runs out. At the same time, the filament is kept dry in a chamber with filtered compressed air at a temperature of up to 50°C and prepared for printing. INTAMSYS specifies an accuracy of 12.5 microns in the X/Y direction and 1.25 microns in the Z direction for the FUNMAT PRO 610HT. By default, the printer uses a 0.6 mm nozzle. 0.4 mm and 0.8 mm nozzles are available as options. The device levels the print bed fully automatically. The PRO 610HT features an exceptionally large build volume. To print parts made of high-performance materials at this scale, a sufficiently heated build volume is required. Here, the PRO 610HT impresses with build volume heating up to 300°C. The print nozzle can be heated to up to 500°C. The printer comes standard with a dual-extrusion system featuring two print nozzles. This allows for the processing of appropriate support materials. Additionally, the device features an emergency stop switch and a status light on the top of the unit. A large control panel allows users to view and adjust current settings. Note: The PRO 610HT requires a three-phase AC connection with 380V, 32A per phase. This is due to the large heated build volume. The printer cannot be connected to a standard household Schuko outlet.
