The FUNMAT PRO 310 APOLLO is an industrial high-temperature 3D printer designed for production-level PAEK 3D printing. The system is optimized for high-performance 3D printing materials such as PEEK, PEKK, PEEK-CF, and PEEK-GF, enabling cost-effective manufacturing of functional end-use parts with reproducible quality—ideal for industrial 3D printing as well as workflows involving 3D scanning, reverse engineering, and spare parts production. The FUNMAT PRO 310 APOLLO supports the full PAEK spectrum (PEEK, PEKK, PEEK-CF, PEEK-GF) and addresses applications where industrial 3D printing must meet real component requirements. With up to 40 MPa Z-axis tensile strength, it produces durable, functional components for series production. The PAEK-optimized high-speed system prints at up to 200 mm/s, achieving productivity that significantly surpasses that of traditional PEEK 3D printers. The combination of speed and part stability noticeably shortens production cycles—ideal for batch manufacturing and continuous production. The Dual IDEX (Independent Dual Extrusion) system is designed for high-temperature materials and enables productive modes such as Mirror Mode and Duplicate Mode. The result: double the output with the same process reliability – a clear advantage for scalable 3D printing of functional parts. Automatic nozzle cleaning reduces downtime and eliminates the need for prime towers. This saves 3D consumables, shortens print time, and increases efficiency—particularly relevant for expensive high-performance polymers such as PEEK and PEKK. Two active 3-kg dry boxes with temperatures up to 65 °C keep the filament consistently dry and enable long print runs without retooling. This makes true continuous operation a reality: uninterrupted 3D printing over several days—ideal for batch jobs and automated printing environments. A stable process environment with a build chamber temperature of up to 100 °C minimizes warping and material fluctuations. This increases process reliability during high-temperature 3D printing and ensures precise, repeatable results—even with complex part geometries. With INTAMQuality™, the printer documents processes in real time: data logging, part tracking, and material traceability are integrated. RFID-based spool recognition reduces sources of error, supports standardized material processes and facilitates validation in quality-critical environments. INTAMSUITE NEO optimizes toolpaths and process parameters based on material and geometry. INTAMSUITE Local Print enables centralized management of printers—including remote monitoring and full remote control, from individual devices to print farms. Designed for high-demand applications in aerospace , automotive , mechanical and plant engineering , and energy/oil & gas . In workflows involving 3D scanning and reverse engineering, the printer also supports the rapid reproduction and manufacturing of functional components.
